Chloe is an Australian and New Zealand trade mark attorney and a UK lawyer. Having read law at Queen Mary, University of London she completed the LLB in 2008. She is a qualified law lecturer and holds a PGCE from the UK's Institute of Education and lectured on law for over five years. After founding a successful intellectual property firm in London she relocated to Sydney and now specialises in international brand strategy and trade mark protection at Baxter IP. As part of her role, Chloe advises on trade mark protection in Australia and New Zealand as well as global brand registrations. Alongside exceptional legal knowledge and strategic skill in brand protection Chloe has a creative flair for branding and concept development. Building upon extensive experience in advising Amazon sellers in the UK and EU regions Chloe is able to provide insightful working knowledge of Amazon's Brand Registry and FBA platform.
